Kit has opening crew door. Pilot figure (which doesn't look like TIE pilot seen in the movies) and display stand are included.
Cockpit is somewhat inaccurate, and kit doesn't have any molded engines.
Finished model is 15cm (6 inches) long.
• Kit was included in Space Vehicles Model Set (No. 960217) in 1983.
• This Airfix kit is reissue of MPC kit number 1-1972.
Besides Airfix, this kit was produced by MPC - MPC/ERTL (USA) and AMT/ERTL (USA).
