MPC kit

Kit features detailed control panel with removable cover, and comes with a base. Eyes are made from red plastic. The body can be tilted, and arms and head are positionable thanks to a rubber band which should be strung between them inside the model.
Finished model is 25.4 cm (10 inches) tall.


Description from the MPC Return of the Jedi box

The golden translator droid C-3PO plays a major part in Return of the Jedi. Joining in the rescue of Han Solo, and the attack on the planet Endor, C-3PO plays a primary role in the Ewok village action upstaging even his cylindrical sidekick, R2-D2.

• narrow "New Hope" styled box 15.2x35.5 cm (6" x 14") from 1979,

This kit was also released by Meccano (France), Denys Fisher (UK), Clipper (Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg), Kenner (Germany) and Revell/Takara (1978, Japan).
