About Airfix Star Wars KitPedia

Airfix Star Wars KitPedia was founded in February of 2010 by Milos Jaric, and it`s the first online encyclopedia devoted to Star Wars model kits made by Airfix, and all variants of those kits which were released by other brands (MPC, AMT/ERTL, Denys Fisher, Clipper, Meccano, Revell/Takara, etc). You will discover here many pages about related promotional materials (catalogs, flyers, posters, ads...), some bootleg and detailing kits, and also some Non-Airfix Star Wars model kits from 1970s and 1980s. Site also includes many photos of finished models submitted by our visitors / contributors.

KitPedia`s aim is to be a complete, useful and easy-to use resource for modellers, collectors, Star Wars / Airfix fans, and all other who are interested in this field.

Your help is important, and you are more than welcome to contribute in any way possible to this project!

Who's behind this?

Hi, my name is Milos Jaric, I`m graphic/web designer from Serbia and long time fan of Star Wars. Airfix Star Wars kits were the first model kits that I got as a kid. Up to now, as far as I know, there was no complete online guide about this subject, so I decided to create one!

I strive to continually improve this website based on my research and your feedback. You can contact me via e-mail
